Our Commitment to You

What We Focus On

Our focus is on people, emotions, and storytelling moments. We generally do not photograph food stalls or guests while eating, as these moments rarely add value to the story of your celebration.

Meals & Accommodation

Meals for the team are required at all events. If the event takes place outside Ahmedabad, the client will need to arrange decent accommodation for the team.

Online Gallery Access

Photo gallery: Lifetime access via the Bioscope app — first year subscription included, renewal afterwards handled by the client. Video gallery: Accessible for 10 years.

Delivery Timeline

Photo preview: within 24 hours. Trailer film: within 72 hours. Full gallery: within 2 weeks. Final film: within 30–45 days. If we fail to meet the final delivery timeline, we will offer a ₹10,000 refund as a commitment to our timelines.

Exclusivity

Bioscope will be the sole professional photography & filmmaking team engaged. Engaging multiple professional teams for the same scope without prior written consent may disrupt storytelling and compromise output quality.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event timelines and updates. Ensure reasonable access for portraits (40–60 mins when requested). Assign a point person/coordinator. Provide meals at venue. Secure necessary venue permissions for photography, videography, and drone use.

Payment Terms

50% to confirm booking (non-refundable retainer). 40% one week before the first event. 10% upon delivery of final films.

Copyright of all photographs & films remains with Bioscope. Clients receive full rights for personal use (printing, sharing with family/friends). Bioscope retains the right to use images/films for portfolio, website, social media, competitions, and marketing, unless the client opts out in writing before delivery.

Force Majeure & Liability

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond control (illness, accident, pandemic, natural calamity, government restrictions), Bioscope will reschedule subject to availability and adjust costs if rescheduled to peak dates.

Cancellation & Refunds

Booking advance (50%) is non-refundable. If cancelled after booking but before 30 days of event: 60% of total fee payable. If cancelled within 30 days of first event: 100% of total fee payable.
